Dr. English graduated from The Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a Doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine with a double major in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. She has been a Registered Massage Therapist since completing her 2200 hours in an Orthopaedic focused massage program. She holds a strong interest in treating Head, Neck and Jaw disorders such as TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction, Migraines, Headaches and Whiplash. She also treats mental-emotional disorders like anxiety and depression and digestive disorders through the use of acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, ear seeds, electroacupuncture, gua sha and Chinese Medicine diet therapy. Her combined training gives her a unique approach in treatment planning and providing care to her patients.

After her own health journey, she was introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine and the use of acupuncture to heal the body. This sparked an interest to create an integrative practice for pain and mental health, giving patients a voice in their care. With a strong passion to create a well-rounded life, you can find her constantly learning how Eastern and Western Medicine can compliment one another with a strong belief both allopathic and Chinese medicine hold important roles.

When Dr. English is not treating you can find her long boarding, biking, surfing or out walking dogs. Despite being in the prairies she will take any chance to put her feet in water. She is looking forward to being part of your journey to optimal health.
